Preventative Maintenance Program

Regular maintenance before problems occur can significantly reduce your overall maintenance costs.

• Tighten and inspect all door hardware.

• Oil and lubricate all moving parts; such as hinges, rollers, springs, pulleys.

• Check bottom weather seal.

• Check sides and top outside weather seal to make sure your door is properly sealed.

• Check the spring tension to make sure the springs are adjusted and the door is properly balanced.

• Check cables and springs for any damage or wear.

• Verify the operation of all safety features.
